Poorna Kaksha (means, a holistic classroom) is a design initiative that focuses on providing infrastructure solutions (architecture, space design, furniture & system design) for an optimal learning environment and holistic school experience for rural and urban schools in India. Design led learning environment facilitates teacher and student, student to student learning to acquire knowledge, critical thinking and skills for future. The impact of design on learning environment works across levels and functions. The direct and indirect impact covers not only the target beneficiaries (child, teacher, school) but also at physical, psychological, social, cultural and other criterias of impact that leads to holistic positive development of the child.
Our scope was to cover the complete branding and communication of the initiative. Our scope included brand and design strategy, brand identity, Brand and design standardization with a manual, website design, digital strategy and other communication material.
The final identity reflected the “physicality” of the name with playful elements and created an extended design language with colours, elements that can be creative but also consistent with the main logo.
