Arghyam Trust focuses on supporting work in the area of ground water and sanitation in India. Participatory Groundwater Management (PGWM) Program is an initiative by Arghyam Trust which has completed phase 1 successfully and phase 2 of its program is underway. As phase 2 is progressing, PGWM program required to have an effective advocacy and communication piece for its partners to involve larger target audience and possibly attract more partners on board. The intent was to create an effective and engaging communication piece that can articulate PGWM to create a memorable story for its audience.
We created two pieces of communication, a main report that captured the details of the program, process and outcome in a visually rich report and a fold out piece that captures the essence of the program in one piece that can be used by program partners for advocacy.
The outcome of the report and communication piece was well received by partners and has given a unique design language to the program that will continue to grow for coming years. The report includes impact stories, visual narratives and rich infographics that make the audience more engaged towards a fairly scientific and technical program undertaken by Arghyam Trust.
